At Prints Limited, we want you to love your new home decor. If your art isn't the perfect fit, you can return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery.
Initiate Your Request
Log into your account or use our guest portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return.
Pack with Care
Place the artwork in its original protective packaging and sturdy shipping box to ensure it arrives back at our studio in pristine condition.
Attach Shipping Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely affix it to the outside of your package, covering any previous shipping marks.
Drop Off and Track
Deliver your package to any authorized carrier location; once received and inspected, we will process your refund or ship your exchange within 5 business days.
